Remembering a dear colleague. We are deeply saddened by the loss of our dear colleague Professor Fiona Denison. Fiona was an exceptional leader within our Edinburgh Pregnancy Research Team. Her passion for research was infectious, inspiring those around her to achieve their potential, even those who doubted themselves. For us, she will be especially remembered for her outstanding work within the Metabolic Antenatal Clinic. She brought exceptional clinical skills and kind compassionate care to pregnant women and, through this work, has saved the lives of numerous women and their babies. It is difficult to imagine our team without Fiona and we will miss her tremendously. We will always remember her and together we will endeavour to carry on her legacy.
